The Love Bus-t

Bruv, if you’ve witnessed love
Of the highest degree
You’ll know that sometimes
Like on a note attached to a dove
It comes to you for free
It just fits like a glove
It’s not “one size fits all”
It’s “one size fits us”
So let’s go on a journey
Let’s hop on this here bus

Hey there love bus driver
I would like to exchange
These two single fivers
I expect to get some strange
For a couple of tickets
A pair of returns
That’ll keep our night going
Until my shaft burns
Over and over
I’m getting mad gurns
My jaws swinging round
Whilst we’re taking turns
Between drinking fine wine
And doing fat lines
Over and over
The cycle never ends
This night is mine
Let’s push it
Full send

This love bus
Has just become a love train
Nothing like it
To tingle the ol’ brain
Oxytocin
One gram please
The love hormone
Does what it says on the tin

But every train ride must come to an end
It could come gently
Stopping at a stationary platform
Or it could completely derail
Speeding off a sharp bend
You lay the tracks as you go along
The journey is in your hands
You’re the one singing this song
And it’s up to you how it sounds
But the fact is now that it’s over
You’ve thrown it in the can
It’s not looking good for you
It’s looking pretty bad man

My heart beat is shallow
Like the ocean at low tide
My eyes were once bright and dilated
When I was on the ride
But now my pupils are as small as pins
My eyes have been pierced
My vision has been burst
My perspective blown out the water
My heart has now been cursed
This shit is the worst
