(Thought I would try something different. Writing a bit of a cosmological horror piece. I will split it into chapters, though they are quite short and not fully edited and complete.)

Preface

Faceless, genderless, unsettling. On the surface appearing smooth but underneath, even though you cannot physically see it, you can still feel that it comes from a place of extreme dread – ruled and dictated by the greatest, unbound evils to ever brandish the ten realms. Originating from dimension eleven, this nameless entity has access to a metaphysical “key” that allows unrestricted access to the passage of time alongside acting as a tool that allows one to gain mastery over and absolutely manipulate such an element of existence.

Here’s a Little Back Story on Dimensions…

Skip this section if you are prone to getting bored easily, don’t understand physics, or just already know dimensional theories like the back of your hand.

In each of the ten spatial dimensions that exist, there is a time dimension that acts as a frame-by-frame video reel of everything that occurs in the spatial dimension. Every spatial dimension that exists below any one of the spatial dimensions has it’s time dimensions visible and easily comprehensible, in at least some sense, to an entity that resides within the dimension at the top of the stack. 

So dimension 1, 2, and 3 have 1 and 2’s spatial and time dimensions available for a 3 dimension being easily and readily for consumption. However, whilst 3’s spatial dimensions are available, 3’s time dimension is not easy to see nor comprehend because the entity that resides within the 3 dimensional space can only truly experience the time dimension’s flow from a fixed “one moment to the next” format and also only have a limited view of the past and almost no real view of the future at all. Only the present moment is truly available to the entity in that dimension.

Truth be told, the time dimension in 3 is actually an almagamation of the 2 time dimensions that reside alongside the spatial dimensions below it. This may sound confusing, but it means that they are inherently linked by mysterious forces unknown. Higher dimensional beings have the ability to witness, without restriction, the events that have and ever will unfold within the dimensions below its belonging. A fourth dimensional being could see your whole life as if it was a movie or TV show to of which they hold the metaphysical remote to be able to flip through each frame at their whim, going straight to the end to see your eventual demise and then back to the beginning if they so wanted to. Whilst that same fourth dimensional being cannot see the same for it’s own life story – only again a limited sight of their past but mostly just their present moment.

Overall, there is one ultimate time dimension that encompases all ten spatial dimensions and this is what enables the “everything key” to be possible. But an entity within spatial dimension 10 doesn’t even have this master ability, for it cannot fully grasp it’s own spatial dimensions accompanying time dimension. This means it cannot know it’s own future or past with absolute accuracy, denying it the key to existence. The kind of entity that is able to do this is known as a “fully ascended one”.
