fear sets in –
“they always run
they always hide
but never will
they escape my stride”

natural laws
by of which we
all must abide
one’s faster mind

mental clarity…

socks scatterred
rocks shattered
pots cracked
people trapped

while we sit and watch.

they have constructed
the collective human brain network
produced by the internet
is inflicted by severe
incurable brain rot
and new initiates to the party
get their one way ticket
as soon as they leave the cot
eletrical devices
put right into their laps
they don’t know what they’re
getting into
for the parents lacking time
participating unknowingly in a
neglectful sideline crime
but when its too late
it becomes all gas and no brakes
as we’re in for the ride
blamed for bringing upon us
“our own self-demise”
but what choice did we have?
when the only thing in our life
that would pay attention to us
was our handheld
electrical
device
