metaphorical
gory grey matter,
mixed with blood splatter,
flies across the room.

bits hit the wall,
every single wall,
ceiling and floor too.
each wall full
like six canvases painted red…
only red.
my brain led by red,
when i’m in the
internalised
anger shed.
